As the backbone of the dialysis industry, your dedication, skill, and compassion are what keep our loved ones thriving, and it's high time you received the recognition you deserve.

So, get ready for a week of certificates, celebrations, and more! This is your chance to shine, to be lauded for the life-changing impact you have on the lives of your patients. Your tireless efforts, your unwavering commitment, and your unwavering spirit are what make you the true heroes of the dialysis community.

Dialysis technicians, the moment is now – let's make it count!

NANT has ways that your dialysis organization can easily recognize your technicians, alert everyone who enters your clinic/unit that you are celebrating this important week and gives patients a way to recognize their technician.

Start by printing our full color 17 x 11” poster to post in your entrance area and in your staff room. Take the time to download the “brag badge” below (just right click to copy) and add to your email signature to let everyone know in your organization that you are celebrating your dialysis technicians.

Set up a station in the patient waiting area for the patients to complete a certificate for their favorite clinical technician. Print the patient recognition certificates, add colored markers, and then either have the patients give it to their technicians immediately, or collect them all to give to your technicians during a special recognition event at the end of the week.
