NANT Southwest Region Vice President | 38 Years of Dedication to Dialysis

Hi, I’m Tianna Gibson, CCHT, Preceptor, and PCT III, and I’ve had the privilege of working in dialysis for 38 years! I truly love what I do and feel honored to serve my patients, support my colleagues, and be part of a profession that makes such a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

I’m a proud NANT member and currently serve as Vice President of the Southwest Region. I work at DaVita Conroe in Conroe, Texas, where I’m grateful for the wonderful relationships I’ve built with my patients and fellow team members over the years.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside dialysis professionals from around the world. These experiences have made my journey even more rewarding and have reminded me just how special our dialysis community is.

For National Dialysis Technician Recognition Week, we’re celebrating our amazing technicians with a weeklong series of food and gifts, with a special surprise planned for each day! It’s a fun way to show our appreciation for the hard work and dedication our technicians bring to the unit every day.

After 38 years in this profession, I still feel grateful for the opportunity to care for my patients and work alongside such incredible people. It’s truly an honor to serve, encourage, and celebrate the colleagues who make our work so meaningful! 💙
