National Dialysis Technician Recognition Week is your unit's chance to put dialysis technicians in the spotlight—and we want to see you celebrate!
You don't need a big budget or elaborate event. A handwritten thank-you, a patient appreciation wall, team breakfast, fun superlatives, or five minutes of recognition during a staff huddle can make a difference.
NANT's challenge: Choose at least ONE way to celebrate NDTRW in your unit.
Invite your patients, nurses, nephrologists, supervisors, and fellow technicians to join in. Use NANT's printable certificates and poster to make it easy and add your own creativity to make the celebration uniquely yours.
